Payment policy, charges and refunds

Full payment is required before any hosting service is supplied, including renewals. All hosting plans are paid for either monthly or annually in advance. We can accept credit cards via PayPal or bank transfer.

If you pay via bank transfer, a tax invoice will be sent to you by email 25 days before your hosting account expires. If we don't receive payment before expiration your account will be suspended until payment is received. There is no charge to reactivate a suspended account. If you pay your account by monthly payments your PayPal account or credit card will be charged automatically on the first day of the following month or you must wire the payment in our bank account:

Additional features may be added to hosting packages at any time. Spicy Hosting reserves the right to change prices at any time.


No refunds will apply to canceled monthly accounts.

Annual accounts may be eligible for a refund depending on the unused full months remaining in the hosting package e.g. if your renewal date is July 1st and you cancel your account before June 1st, we will refund you 1/12 of the annual hosting fee.

If your account is cancelled due to a violation of our terms of service no refund will apply.

Domain names

Domain names are effectively leased for a certain period from the domain registrar, and for this reason they are unable to be refunded once they have been registered. Please ensure that your selected domain name does not contain any spelling errors and that you have chosen the correct name before confirming your order.
